As a PIP-UK Regional Volunteer Coordinator, your leadership and engagement directly influence our community initiatives and member experiences. The core contributions of the role include:
Community Building

First Point of Contact: Welcome new and existing members.

Event Organisation: Plan and execute local events to foster community bonds.
Communication

Member Outreach: Communicate with local members via email.

Social Media Engagement: Share news and updates on social media.
Online Community Management

Facebook Group Management: Create and maintain a regional Facebook group.

Safety Assurance: Verify group members are PIP-UK members.
Fundraising and Promotion

Fundraising Initiatives: Organize local fundraising activities.

Newsletter Contributions: Submit regional updates and stories.
Coordination and Support

WhatsApp Group: Join the Regional Coordinators’ WhatsApp group.

Event Coordination: Manage event costs and logistics with PIP-UK HQ.

Member Referrals: Refer members to PIP-UK HQ for additional support.
Welcoming New Members

New Member Integration: Reach out to new members and provide event information.
