One of the distinguishing features of Poland Syndrome is that one hand is smaller than the other, it may not be completely formed and a person may have fused digits or webbing between the fingers. This characteristic is shared with some other rare syndromes and diseases too.

We think this is a wonderful idea! A great place to go if you’re lacking in motivation. And somewhere parents can share stories with little ones. Nothing is impossible we are more able than we realise. Do take some time to look over their stories and be inspired.
