At PIP-UK we want to get as many people talking about Poland’s Syndrome and other lesser known syndromes as possible. By doing so we help more people learn more about these syndromes and can reach out to provide help and support to those in need.

Since its launch Twitter has taken the Internet by storm, with many a fake celebrity leaving messages in 160 characters or less to brighten up our days. It’s a great way to reach out to people and keep our message alive.

If you don’t already you can follow us @PIPManchester

The Golden Twits are awards to recognise ‘the most active and respected Twitter users’. We might not be the biggest charity, but by voting for us in these awards, you’ll be helping to get our Twitter account noticed by more people, so please click here to log in and vote and don’t forget to tweet your followers to do the same #goldentwits
